From Taiwan 
After completing my Master’s degree in Information Systems, my journey began. I worked as an SAP/ERP consultant globally, implementing numerous projects. This experience allowed me to understand various cultures, challenges, and perspectives. In 2022, I joined be one solutions and became the Regional Manager for Greater China. In this role, I oversee teams in China and Taiwan, fostering relationships with customers and partners. It’s a challenging yet fulfilling role, as it involves overcoming customer challenges and improving operational efficiency.
From Singapore 
Commencing my career as an Accounts Clerk at a local trading firm in Singapore after completing my studies, I pursued part-time education while working diligently. Over a decade, I earned a bachelor’s degree in administration, ACCA qualifications, and an MBA from the University of Manchester. In December 2017, I joined be one solutions as an Administration Manager, APAC. Currently serving as Global Financial Controller since March 2021, I collaborate closely with the CEO to manage financial affairs across 21 legal entities worldwide. Leading a team spanning 6 countries and 3 time zones, I oversee financial operations, including establishing new entities and their financial setup. I am also currently attending a part-time CFO programme with Singapore Management University, expected to complete in October 2024.
From the United States 
I’m from Argentina, and now I’m based in the United States. I moved to reach new opportunities, learn a new language, and live an adventure with my partner. In short, I was looking for a big challenge, and I found that in be one solutions. I work remotely in a fast paced multicultural environment. It’s really perfect for me because it gives me the flexibility to work and have time for my hobbies, such as sports. I would strongly recommend this working rhythm to anybody looking for comfort and freedom. It’s ideal!

I like working within be one solutions because I’m given the flexibility to work from home and to travel. Indeed, the beauty of my position rests in the fact that I can live in Portugal, work from home and manage my personal life, while my focus in on France and our customers there. We are working with various customers from different countries, with different cultures. It’s a good experience and a great environment to evolve in.
